“I am passionate about client care and I look to understand the needs and/or objectives of clients early on in the process.”
John Chester founded Chester & Co Solicitors in 2000. Since then we’ve focused on delivering the very best in client care through providing a truly personal service to our clients.
We had been recommended Chester and Co Solicitors by a friend and heard that they had a good reputation. I can say that they more than live up to their reputation! Having had some bad experiences in the past, we were dreading going the process again but Chester and Co somehow simplified things for us, listened to us at every step and our Solicitor was always available for discussions throughout, keeping us updated along the way! We will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them in the future.
We were recommended to use Chester & Co by our estate agent. We have had a poor experience with a solicitor previous to meeting Chester & Co so we felt a little nervous at the initial call. However, very quickly we were put at ease and knew we had made the right choice of solicitor. From the very first call we were made to feel comfortable and Chester & Co took over everything to do with the sale & purchase of the properties. Both our purchase and sale came with problems but Lance and the team took away all our stress, gave fantastic advice and support and dealt with issues we never thought could arise. They constantly communicated with us letting us know exactly what was happening and always managed to keep us calm when things were not going to plan. The whole team, in particular Lance, was professional, courteous, polite and very helpful, the service was exceptional! I would highly recommend Chester & Co & have recommended them to family & friends. 5 star service, thank you!
Holly has been great throughout the whole house selling and buying process, supporting us all the way. What could have been a difficult process, due to issues with the chain and the other parties solicitor, was made much easier due to knowing that we could speak to Holly directly, at any time. She responded really quickly to emails and phone calls, keeping us up to date and advising us every step of the way. This took away a lot of the pressure and stress. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Holly again.
